Aparthotel El Duque - Costa Adeje (Tenerife)

This place is soooo overrated. The furniture looks like it was bought at a yard sale, and good luck with the water, as one day I got a lovely orange hue instead of refreshing clear. I expected a complimentary something for my troubles, but of course, that didn't happen. Sad. Would never recommend.

We loved this hotel. We booked queen studio, it had basic facilities you could ask for: an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an individual safe. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus👍❤

The location was great because it was really close to the Duke shops, and the beach and shops. My queen studio was available with an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an individual safe. The staff was affable and hard-working which made me feel welcome.

The pool had short hours, but the cleanliness was excellent.

The size of the apartment and the balcony I can not comment on the studios. The grounds are kept to a high standard. It seems to be a nice place for families and is a 10 minutes walk to the beach and then you can walk in either direction on a promenade which is really nice. If you have a car you can reach all of the island. The mountains are really lovely with changing scenery as you climb. The hotel is really quiet after 11.00pm which was nice.

The apartment was fabulous and all areas were very clean.

We encountered a surly receptionist after a long journey. The bar system being cashless was disappointing, leading us to take our business outside the hotel. Locating the hotel proved to be challenging as it was not easily visible from the surrounding area.

Lovely pool area and close to the beach as well. The balcony and juicer were nice.

No lights in kitchen and the showerhead hardly had any water coming out.

The fact it was quiet after midnight. The padded sunbeds and also the fact we had a big balcony with our own personal sunbeds.

Hard mattresses for the children. No iron despite advertising on the internet they were available. Phoned ahead to say plane was delayed so arrived at 2 am. Childrens beds not pulled out or made or made up properly consequently the man in the apartment below complained due to the furniture being dragged around. It clearly said on my booking there were 2 children. Although l thought the apertments were very good value a little personal touch and thought wouldnt go amiss.

The location was fantastic, super close to playa del duque and playa fañabe. The swimming pool was a highlight.

Enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant. The hotel offered a solid entertainment program, and I loved the game area. It was perfect for our group. Highly recommend trying out the billiards and table tennis during your stay!

Had an issue with checking in. Our room wasn't ready on time, a bit frustrating.

The hotel is excellent value for money, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was super. The cleaning was very good and everyday. The location is good for families, easy reach of all amentities - but away from the partying!!! The pools where children friendly.....The room was of good size and had everything we needed.

They were not heated. We asked about this and they insisted one was heated, but I beg to differ :-)

Yes two waiters were partically racially offensive However I did try and speak to a manager but not sure if it was followed up

The swimming pools were a highlight, providing great relaxation and activities for the family. The supermarket nearby. The staff at the reception and pool were consistently friendly and helpful, which improved our experience. We enjoyed the convenient bus stop right next to the hotel.

The check-in process took longer than expected, somewhat frustrating.

The staff were very friendly and the apartment was large, clean and very comfortable with a big terrace.

Distance-A bit far from the main areas but everything that was needed was onsite.
